In September 2026, over 200 Jewish professionals working in a range of industries in the UK filled out the ‘2026 UK  Antisemitism & Antizionism At Work’ survey*.

The data from the survey is currently being analysed. The resulting report will lay out the survey results, experiences and views of those that took part.

Many of the contributory comments about life as Jew both inside and outside the workplace are distressing and infuriating, although sadly not surprising. It is clear that this remains a difficult and worrying time for many of those that took part in the survey, and for the wider Jewish community.

From looking at the initial data, it is evident that the vast majority of workplaces are not doing anything pro-active to prevent antisemitism, nor to foster Jewish inclusion. The report will therefore make specific recommendations for what employers can do to actively support Jewish staff and tackle antisemitism. It will also address the legal landscape for employers in light of the recent Miller Employment Tribunal ruling that antizionism is a protected belief under the Equality Act 2010, as well as Jewish people’s response to the ruling.

*The survey was created by multi-award winning speaker, coach and inclusion consultant Harriet Waley-Cohen, in conjunction with the Jewish Legal Network.
